Arghhh... Why weekends end so fast sia... So sianz... Ahead of me is another looong school week... Tomorrow still got Victor's lesson again... Wonder whether she's gonna go through Long Day's Journey er not... Bet she can do a job as good as Miss Belinda Tan... I wonder why NYJC are exporting teachers and not importing good ones in... Are they trying to improve balance of trade or something man...
Went to the Spooks Show by Mr Toh's church yesterday... The pastor and his daughter were meddling with what they called psychic manifestations, but from my point of view, it was some kind of bluffing kids into believing type of performance... Though i admit i can't do the same thing as well as them, but well, stop cheating us into believing that the pastor got psychic powers lar... What? God gave them power or something meh... Anyway, after the show ended, the pastor started preaching about the bible and it was all too familiar in Mrs Teo's lesson on Coleridge... Boring sia... Preach and preach... We left like 3 minutes later after countless people strolled out... Haha... Maybe they're like us... Juz that to enjoy the Spooks Show and escape after that to avoid being converted into Christians... As we escaped, we found ourselves trapped in a spiral of staircases that led us to dead ends again and again... As if like Amazing Race like that, but it was tiring to climb those staircases that doesn't seem to end sia... It was actually a perfect place to film a horror movie where a group of friends can never escape from the devil's clutches as they continue climbing staircases that led them to nowhere... Finally, we escaped after asking for directions from a strange man who said that there are dogs and warned us to be cautious... Hmm... I've never heard of Suntec keeping dogs anyway... We met Mr Toh for a drink later and chit-chat about everything under the sun ( Psss... Actually the only thing i talked about was soccer... ) He said he's considering setting up an EPL column in NYJC and i can join to give weekly comments and tips on the upcoming fixtures... Sounds fun, but i doubt it will ever be established... After that, Mich, Sab. Adam and I went to Novena's place to have our dinner... We watched the opening ceremony of the Olympics that i missed and it was super-super-grand sia... I wished i was there sia... The flames on the water was just beyond words... Woohh.... Breath-taking... We played a little bit of guitar ( Mich finally got her black guitar ) and after dinner, Adam and i went to play an hour of tennis... I think i would soon be addicted to it... It was fun but poor Adam was running around like mad sia... So sorry, make u so tired sia... Haha... But it was fun and we didn't lose a single ball! My dad came shortly after that to pick me up and gave Adam a lift back to my place... I went home and watched KillBill Vol.2 till 12 plus... Only managed to watch halfway... Most prob continue watching another day... Last chapter already...
Played soccer for a while this morning only coz i left early to reach my Grandma's place on time for her birthday celebration... Had a buffet-style lunch and the durian cake my auntie made was damn nice sia... Too bad i ate only one piece... Met my very pretty cousin too... She's getting married next year sia... The guy muz be damn lucky to have such a pretty wife... Left around 3 plus and i slept the moment i reached home... It was raining and the perfect time to have a nap... Slept till 7.30pm before waking up to have my dinner at Hg Green... So now i am back and home... Can't get to sleep now... Hmmm... I think i will start serious revision tomorrow... Left one more month to prelims... My study table will once again become a battle ground...
