Wah... Pretty long time since i last blogged... Been busy looking for jobs before my NS enlistment on the 8th of April... Walau, looking for jobs is hard man, or rather looking for jobs you want to do is difficult... I mean Adam and i are not that choosy, except we wouldn't want those kind of jobs that are commission-based and gotta do outdoor sales those kind which i did last year... I did it before and i dun think i would want to do it again... It's really tiring despite the high pay that you will get if u are able to promote sales well... I would want to try something new this time though...

We started looking last week through the classified ads but to no avail... We went for about 4 interviews but we rejected two of them and kena rejected twice... One of them require us to sell mattress lol, those kind that have some kind of special healing magnets in it that can improve one's health... But it's super costly at $2000 per single mattress... Who will buy man... The economy is still not very good and i dun think people are ready to spend that money yet despite the benefits it can bring.... We were pretty disappointed when we din get the job that require us to sell or rather promote toys one... Haiz...

So after disappointing and tiresome interviews, Adam and i got sianz and well, we ended up as jobless and desperate people that need professional help in helping us find jobs... So we went down to RecruitExpress today through WeiNi's recommendation... She asked me to find this chiobu lady that is apparently very good at helping desperate people like me to find suitable jobs... Hope i will get a call from her soon...

Haiz... It's been more than a week since Mr John Lim passed away... It was extremely sad when i got the news... It came too sudden, and i was more in disbelief than in shock... Mr Lim and his wife were on a honeymoon in NewZealand when they met with an accident with a truck crashing into their car... Haiz... I guess the impact must have been so great that they died instantly... But at least they left for a better world together... I attended his wake last friday at the marine parade touch centre as well as the one held at school in memory of him... The atmosphere was just too solemn and as i remembered the times i shared with him as my soccer coach, i just couldn't stop myself from crying as we sang the songs to salute all the wonderful things that he had done for everyone... He's indeed a nice man that tries his utmost best all the time to help others in need of help... I still can't understand why good people have to die and leave us so early while the evil terrorists are still out there menacing other people... It may sound blasphemous but i really think that God is unfair... Well, i may be cynical but this remains a fact that God is taking away all the good people without getting rid of the bad arses... But well, i will take heart that Mr Lim will be in a better place where suffering cease to exist and may him and his wife rest in peace... He will indeed be missed by countless, but we should remember for all the great things and memories that he brought... I will always remember the soccer training sessions i had with him, rain or shine, and how we looked silly with mud all over us, and how i once kicked the ball into his face and his specs fell to the ground, and yet he merely said, i am okay, let's carry on... I will never forget how he kept encouraging me as the goal-keeper, although at times i have to admit i felt quite lost in being a goalkeeper... Yet he will say i am improving and asking me to keep us the good work... I will really miss playing soccer with him... How i wish i had another chance to see him running around us and passing the ball around... It seem impossible now but i believe i will meet him again someday... And i hope by then i will not have let him down... I promise to become a better and well-rounded soccer player than what i am now... And perhaps he will bless me from Heaven or wherever he is, as i know he will always be there to protect us... Yes, i will "remember him this way"... I played soccer yesterday with my team and we had a moment of silence for him... And i played surprisingly well yesterday, with Mr Lim in my mind the entire time... It was as if he was watching me play and helping me... And i did dribbling moves that i have never done before... I was very surprised that i actually could do such stuff, like the Zidane trademark move... And i scored 5 goals which i dedicated all of them to Mr Lim, my friend, my teacher, my mentor, my soccer coach forever... Take care and rest in peace, Mr John Lim... May we meet again...

Life is indeed fragile and i hope all of us will treasure it... It is often unpredictable and i really hope that i would have done all the things i ever wanted to do before i pass into history... Treasure every moment, and when you want to do something, just do it... As i walked home just now, i thought of my future... And i came up with something...

DREAM5 ( MY 5 CS )
1. Career... Well, a man got to have a career... Women will only marry men with careers... That's Singapore society for you... You gotta be realistic...
2. Caring, virtuous and beautiful wife that will hopefully give me 3 wonderful Children, preferably 2 boys and a girl... I am not that greedy to ask for a soccer team of kids... Haha...
3. Car... I hope i can get my dream car... Those kind of sports car, like the Honda one... It looks damn cool, but then it looks too fast that everyday you will kena fine for speeding...
4. Condominium... I want to get those kind that has a great scenery when u look out of the window... And it must not be those kind of small area condo... Hopefully can get one that's as big as an EA one... around 144 square metre...
5. The last one is rather childish... It's been a dream of mine for very long le... It's the Chance to visit Old Trafford ( in case u dunnoe, it's the homeground of MANCHESTER UNITED ) and that i can put on the ManUtd jersey that you guys gave me for my birthday present this year and step out onto the pitch and shoot a goal from the penalty spot from both sides of the pitch, with or without a goalkeeper in my way... I dunnoe whether i will be able to fulfill this last dream of mine...

So well, that's my 5 life goals that i hope i will achieve in my lifetime... And if i ever have an opportunity and the capital, i would want to start a small business, either in a restaurant with Kelvin Chen or to open a shop... I got this idea that if Mini Toons and Action City can be so successful in selling toys, and that Comic Connections is doing pretty well with all their branches, why not i start a shop called Comic Toons City that sells both toys and comics and all the action figurines in one big shop... Well, that's just an idea... If i have the chance, i will do it man...

It's getting late... Yeah! Christmas coming soon, so is New Year... Hope that 03A1 will have a gathering soon... Maybe at Adam's place this time... May play badminton this Wed... Hope the fellowship can make it... Cya then... psss... Pray that i get a job soon...
