Woohoo! Managed to play soccer today! Most probably would be my last soccer game for the next 6months becoz i am going for my shoulder operation next Friday! Arghh! And SAF is still screwing it up, so who knows, maybe i will juz miss my op...
2day's Mr John Lim and his wife's death anniversary and i actually had a soccer match against my bro's team in memory of him, but kids nowadays are so freaking fickle-minded! 2weeks back, they asked for a match and cancelled it last week and today again! Stupid! So in the end, we played among ourselves lo... And i have to say i played quite well today, notching 10goals and chionging for every ball... Cuz i wouldn't be able to do that for the next 6mths le... But anyway, i shall dedicate all my goals today to Mr John Lim and his wife... Hope that they are at a better place forever...
Went to watch a play titled 'ChestNuts' at Raffles Hotel with Adam last Friday. Hossan Leong was one of the two actors, and i have to say he really acts gay damn well... And the play was pretty funny, poking fun at all the 'happening' events that happened this year, e.g. Shooting Stars, NKF Saga, StarWars Episode3 etc... And they make a parody out of everything, even Minister Mentos... Haha... And it seemed like they hated DimSumDollies quite a lot... Haha...
My battalion has been organising a soccer league competition among the HQ and the other 4 batteries, and it sucks... It's a flop lo, match always cancelled becoz some people will be busy, and postponed until donno when... At least i have played 2games already, but both losses! The 2nd match last Monday was damn tei tio lo... I scored the first goal and set up the 2nd goal and we were leading 2-1 from the first half until the last 2minutes of the game when out of nowhere, they scored 2goals and my team lost 3-2! Wah piang eh... Damn stupid man... The only consolation i got was that i was kind of 'scouted' by a sergeant major from the opposite team, and he asked whether am i interested in playing for a formation team, which in this case is the Artillery Team, and will play against other units next year when the inter-unit tournament starts.... Woohoo! Of course i will play! And he said that whenever got soccer match or training, i can get leave or Offs so i can go play soccer! That's my dream come true man, to play soccer as serving NS... Rox... Hopefully, after my operation, the sergeant major will come find me... Yay...
Went to watch Chicken Little last weekend with WeiNi and it's pretty funny! Chicken Little is so poor thing, always kena misunderstood coz he kept saying "The sky's falling!!!" and no one believed him until the aliens invaded them! And i went to buy the ChickenLittle soft toy! Haha... I think it's very cute lo! Only Adam hates it... Darn... And after the movie, i went shopping for my CNY clothes cuz i won't be able to go shopping after my op! How to try on clothes with a sling man! And i bought a t-shirt from Mambo and we saw this t-shirt with this design "I (love shape) KY" and i thought eh, it should be ILUVNY wat... And i realised, oh! It stands for I love Kiah Yin! Hahahaha.... I haven't get revenge on her yet lo, called WeiNi while we were in HongKong asking for me, and when i called her back, she scolded me "eh, u stupid ar?! U crazy izzit? Why would i call you?" something like dat... Idiot man...
Sianz, gotta go back camp 2nite! 2mr got a lot of work to do eh... 4things! First got to bring this new guy who's posting in 2mr around the entire battalion and camp, machaim like orientation lidat, then got to go lock all the computers and tag the keys, then ask that "gen-wo-hen-tan-de-lai" guy to go repair 2 CPUs and lastly, have to go check all the computers in my entire battalion for the serial numbers and key them into the computer! Wah, busy eh! And i am paid peanuts for it! Haiz~
